We try to provide the best service to our customers however, there might be a time where one item is left and a customer simultaneously clicked on the item and it becomes SOLD OUT, but for some reason an error occurs and processing the SOLD OUT order, we will notify you immediately by e-mail. We can either refund you the amount (allowing 7 days for processing time) or purchase another item/color with the same amount and proceed with the new order.
