After placing an order you will get an order confirmation number and tracking details of your items.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If you decide to cancel the order, please do so immediately by e-mailing us on customercare@reinastyle.com with your order confirmation number, full name, and address, if we have already dispatched your order, then you may return the order once you receive it “unopened “with everything intact at your expense, no longer than 7 days upon receiving the order, and you will receive a refund once we receive the items.

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
For any reason you decide to exchange your order before or upon receiving your item/s, do inform us immediately on customercare@reinastyle.com with your order confirmation number, full name, and address, if we have already dispatched your order, then you may return the order once you receive it “unopened “with everything intact at your expense, no longer than 7 days upon receiving the order and if you made that decision after receiving the item/s, and you have opened the box make sure the item/s is unworn, unwashed with the tag and plastics covering intact.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER
We make sure we provide the best care and accuracy when handling your order; if for some reason what you have received in not what you have ordered, please e-mail us on customercare@reinastyle.com regarding your issue with your order confirmation number, full name, and address, make sure the item/s is unworn, unwashed with the tag and plastics covering intact, at our expense , no longer than 7 days upon receiving the order and and we shall send out a replacement once we have received the order back.
